Venue & Event Management

Under the guidance and direction of the Director of Venue & Event Management, help to create a clean, respectful and enjoyable event.

Office Support:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • File
  • Set up for events
  • Great incoming customers and answer inquiries
  • Float to areas of need


Theatre Floor Staff:

  • Sell tickets and concession products
  • Answers inquiries such as prices or movies showing
  • Clean theatre after event
  • Float to areas of need
  • Customer service oriented
  • Basic mental math skills
  • Communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • Lift a minimum of 20 pounds
  • Computer literate
  • Self motivated
  • Identify and take own initiative

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be enrolled as a WNMU Student full/part-time. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Must be 18 Years old. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.


LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Provide copy of WNMU Student Registration or current Class Schedule upon offer of an interview.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency in Spanish and experience with diverse groups.
