Support the Facilities Department by assisting with general office tasks.
~Answer phones, greet and help any visitors to office. ~Make copies and scans as needed and assist staff with paperwork. ~Pick up and distribute department mail, run department errands on campus ~Create documents and spreadsheets as needed. ~Assist with office filing/organization, help to keep office areas tidy and organized. ~Other duties as assigned
Knowledge of general office equipment, experience in Microsoft Office, and customer service experience, an outgoing personality and a willingness to learn is most important. The successful candidate can be trained in departmental procedures.
