This is a student assistant position that will work with the Web Developer to build and update web page structure and content. The position will provide customer web support to the Service Desk and the campus. Other duties may include creating training materials, documentation and conducting general administrative tasks.?

  • Update and Manage Users, Events, Content, Web pages on University Website;
  • Create Training Materials;
  • Creating Documentation and reports;
  • Updating Digital Marquees;
  • General Administrative Tasks.
  • Responsible and dependable
  • Excellent English verbal communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work well with various people including students, faculty, staff, and high-level administrators
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Motivated, innovative, and shows initiative
  • Basic Understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Proficiency with Windows OS
  • Comfortable with communication software and Internet applications
  • Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
